Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange with another product.

Returns

You can cancel and return your online purchases within fourteen (14) days of receiving your product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached (when applicable).

Return Process

In order to cancel your purchase and return your item(s), you must first contact us at support@barbabrada.com. You must then send us the unused goods within fourteen (14) days of informing us of your wish of withdrawal to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Otherwise, we won’t be responsible for lost packages.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will refund you within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Payments made through “Multibanco” or “MBWay” (Portugal only) will be refunded through a valid IBAN. Payments made with cryptocurrencies will be refunded at the ongoing conversion rate at the time of the refund, as provided by Coinmarketcap or similar service.

Exceptions

Gift cards, as well as any digital products, can’t be returned.
For defective or damaged products please contact us at support@barbabrada.com to arrange for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
